Sy lg fight dgn mengonsumsi beberapa obat dari Chinese traditional sampai Western...
So far I feel a lot better, dizzy reduced...
Nah, buat temen2 yg hobi sama daging merah, agak sering berolahraga dan kalo bs lakukan check up rutin 3-6 bln sekali ya...
Kurangi konsumsi es setelah makan, terutama yg uda menginjak angka 4, serutin mungkin minum jus sawi nenas, belimbing, sirsak, dsb.... Boleh jg konsumsi Lipitor bila kebetulan mengonsumsi daging serta seafood, not a promotion, but according to my sister, that's the only one that helps for this moment...
Untungnya sy masi bisa melakukan segalanya normally as usual, this is a reminder for my friends to put a lil care to what they eat...
